Greenomic Commerce Sdn. Bhd. shall sell and Customer shall purchase the Products in strict compliance with the Contract and these terms and conditions.

3. Order Formation & Acceptance

All orders of the Products placed by Customer via this Website shall be subject to acceptance by Greenomic Commerce Sdn. Bhd., which acceptance is at the sole discretion of the Company. Upon Customer placing an order, a unique Order ID will be automatically generated and provided to Customer to facilitate tracking of Customer's order. The provision of such Order ID does not operate as an acceptance of Customer's order and merely serves as confirmation that Customer's order has been received by the Company.

These terms and conditions shall become the Contract only when notice of acceptance by Greenomic Commerce Sdn. Bhd. of an order by Customer is sent to Customer (such as by order confirmation email or electronic dispatch notice).

The Company accepts orders for delivery to residential and commercial addresses in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and designated international territories from individuals who have attained the age of 18 years (or with the supervision of a parent/guardian). Customer may only cancel an order before notice of acceptance and shipment dispatch has been sent. Greenomic Commerce Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to limit quantities of the Products purchased in any order.

4. Price & Payment Methods

Pricing of the Products shall be as stipulated on this Website as at the date of placement of orders by Customer. Product prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and include all applicable Malaysian taxes imposed on the transaction under the Contract, but are exclusive of transportation/shipping costs unless free shipping promotional thresholds are met (e.g. Free shipping across Malaysia on orders RM 150 and above).

Customer shall pay for the Products in Ringgit Malaysia using one of the authorized payment methods:

• FPX Online Banking (Malaysia): Instant bank transfer via Payments Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd (PayNet).
• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa and Mastercard processed securely through 256-bit encrypted gateways (Airwallex / 3D-Secure).
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and DuitNow QR.
• Direct Bank Deposit / Transfer: Maybank Berhad (Account Name: Greenomic Commerce Sdn Bhd).

Customer shall be liable for all fees, charges, and costs arising out of or in connection with any cancellation or reversal of the payment transaction initiated by Customer's bank. Greenomic Commerce Sdn. Bhd. shall be entitled to deduct or set-off any and all such processing costs against Customer's payment before refunding the balance.

6. Delivery of Products

The delivery process will only be initiated after payment has been validated and a notice of acceptance has been sent to Customer. Greenomic Commerce Sdn. Bhd. arranges delivery of the Products to the shipping address in Malaysia or internationally designated by Customer in the purchase order.

The Company uses reputable registered courier services (such as EasyParcel, J&T Express, Pos Laju, and DHL eCommerce) and endeavours to notify Customer of the parcel tracking number and estimated date of delivery upon dispatch from our fulfillment center in Ampang, Selangor.

Any dates quoted for delivery of the Products are estimates only and shall not form part of the Contract. In no event shall Greenomic Commerce Sdn. Bhd. be liable for loss of profits, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unavoidable courier delays.

If Customer fails to take delivery of the Products or provides inaccurate/incomplete delivery instructions, the courier may return the parcel to our warehouse. Risk in the Products shall pass to Customer upon attempted delivery, and Customer shall be responsible for re-delivery charges.

7. Acceptance & Defective Items Notice (7 Days)

Unless Customer notifies Greenomic Commerce Sdn. Bhd. by email or WhatsApp within seven (7) days of delivery and provides clear photographic evidence of defective goods, parcel packaging, and the courier consignment note, the Products shall be conclusively deemed to have been accepted by Customer as being in good condition and in accordance with the Contract.

Subject to Customer's statutory rights under the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999, the Company will not entertain requests to return or exchange used intimate apparel. Where a legitimate manufacturing or delivery defect is verified within seven (7) days, Greenomic Commerce Sdn. Bhd. will replace the item at our expense, including bearing replacement shipping costs.

8. Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss or damage to the Products shall pass to Customer upon physical delivery of the Products to the street address identified by Customer in the order.

9. Product Descriptions & Changes

Greenomic Commerce Sdn. Bhd. may update, modify, or discontinue any Products or revise prices listed on this Website at any time. All orders are accepted on these terms, which supersede any other terms appearing on this Website or in prior communications.

10. Waiver & Invalidity

Failure of Greenomic Commerce Sdn. Bhd. to insist upon strict performance of any provisions hereof shall not be deemed a waiver of its legal rights and remedies. If any provision of the Contract is deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The Contract, these terms and conditions, and your use of this Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. The parties hereto submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, that being the place where Customer's order has been received, processed, and accepted.

12. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the purchase of Products. Any attempt by Customer to alter or supplement these terms shall be null and void unless expressly agreed to in writing signed by an authorized representative of Greenomic Commerce Sdn. Bhd.
